Our PAD 365 Membership Plan was designed to provide an alternative to dental insurance and to increase accessibility to our excellent services. For patients without dental insurance AND those that have Delta Dental Insurance, our membership plan is available for $399/year.

Complimentary Cavity Prevention Products – As recommended by the Caries Management By Risk Assessment Protocol (CAMBRA)
Complimentary Custom Whitening Trays/Temporary Night Guard
10% off any recommended dental treatments (Fillings, Crowns, Deep Cleanings, Extractions, Implants, etc)
