Metal-Free Fillings

Crowns
Our All-Ceramic and Gold crowns are exclusively fabricated by our expert laboratory partners and ceramists.
The popularity of chair-side crown fabrication techniques, such as “Cerec,” is increasing in popularity and does offer a very convenient solution for single visit crowns. However, at Piedmont Advanced Dentistry we believe that a crown can last a lifetime and our patients prefer to have the best dental restorations even if it takes two visits.

Dental “Bridges”
“Bridges” are a more affordable and non-surgical alternative to dental implants when replacing 1 or more missing teeth. This treatment allows replacement of missing teeth in a cleansable, non-removable, and long-lasting way.
Dr. Sabo’s prosthodontic training allows us to provide this type of treatment at an expert level.
Inlays and Onlays
For teeth that require moderate to large restorations but still have healthy natural tooth structure, we are often able to do porcelain or gold inlay/onlay restorations.
These types of restorations are long lasting, minimally invasive, and often last 20+ years without additional treatment.
